Kevin Baik Hello, I am Kevin Baik and I am running for president of Science Olympiad. I really care about this club and want to improve it. If I am elected, then I would introduce club T-shirts, a plan to produce efficient meetings, and access to new resources to help better study for the events. We would buy event manual that we did not buy this year which has information, tips, and examples for the events. I especially want to strengthen our results in the building events next year. I will provide tools and resources for these events as well as host meetings to prepare for events if school meetings are insufficient. I am interested in all fields of science. For science, I took Biology Honors with Mrs. Lillendahl Freshmen year, Chemistry Honors with Mr. Michener Sophomore year, and Physic Honors with Mr. Sample this year, and I am taking AP Biology and AP Physic next year. For math I took Geometry Honors with Ms. Eberz freshmen year, AP Computer Science sophomore year. I took Calculus this year and will be taking AP Calculus and AP Stats next year. I am an active builder, programmer, and coach for the robotic team. Just like how robotic has been a huge enjoyable experience for my high school years, I will make Science Olympiad a huge enjoyable experience for your high school years and hopefully this will light your fire for this club and in turn you passionate members will carry on the flame down to your underclassmen in the upcoming years. I would be honor if you elect me president of Science Olympiad for the year 2011-2012.
